How to Order
a. Please register first to see our factory prices.b. Please login and use the email and password you have written down when you register. After you login in our web, you may choose the furniture you want along with the quantity of every item.
c. Submit the products your want and write the quantity per item you would like to buy. You may also write down message in note column.
d. Since the minimal order is one 20 ft container, therefore the order you submit must reach up to 100% of the 20 ft container volume or you may directly submit your order up to 100% of 40 ft or 40ft HC container volume should you want to straightaway order 40ft container or 40ft HC. The volume of 20 ft container is 30 CBM; 40 ft container is 60 CBM and 40 ft HC is 75 CBM.
We can arrange the furniture into the container more efficiently, because some furniture can be knocked down or may be folded up such as garden furniture products and and the chair arrangement may be done more efficiently therefore you may submit your order for 100 % volume 20 ft container becoming more than 30 CBM. And 100% volume of 40 ft container would be more than 60 CBM and 100% volume 40ft HC would be more than 75 CBM. That is how we input the volume calculation system into our web in order to avoid any empty space in your container therefore the delivery cost per pcs may give more saving.
e. You may submit your today and continue submitting it the following days until maximum 15 days, therefore you have ample time to choose the products you would like to buy. Every order you submit will be kept in our web, and you can look upon them in days to come by first performing the login into our web. And you may also change or add your order by submitting other products you want. The orders you have submitted will be kept only for 15 days.
f. After you think that you have submitted your order sufficiently, please check out your order immediately because the data of your submitted orders will be automatically erased if in 15 days you don’t check them out. Then, please check out your orders. Automatically our web will keep your orders data and will send email containing the information data of the furniture you have submitted along with the value of the furniture.
g. Then we will send the invoice for your orders along with our bank account number. You are welcome to perform the payments by transferring the down payment 50% of the total furniture value you have ordered to the bank account written in the invoice. Or you can pay by Irrevocable Letter of Credit ( L/C ) at sight.
h. We only begin to process your orders after the money transferred from you have come into our account or we have received your Irrevocable Letter of Credit ( L/C ) at sight. We will send you some finishing samples and some fabrics that you may choose from. After you have received our samples, you still can change and choose the finishing color and fabrics of your liking. You may not cancel your orders and you have transferred your Down Payment to us or you have opened Irrevocable Letter of Credit ( L/C ) at sight for us.
i. We will notify you one week before the furniture are about to be completed. And we will send the photos for the furniture you have ordered as evidence that we have completed the cargo. Please transfer the remaining 50% payment to our bank account written in your invoice because the money transferred from overseas takes about 3 to 5 days to reach our account in Indonesia. After we have received the remaining payment, we will deliver your orders.
j. Our shipping company will help you in handling your container. Your container documents will be sent directly by our shipping company to you.
You will be contacted by our shipping agent in you country. The shipping company has shipping agents in many countries, including your country. You would be easy to take your container with their helps.
FAQ's
1. Can I come and see your furniture in person, or do I have to buy on-line?Yes, you are welcome to come over to our factory to see the quality of our furniture. Or you may also buy online. Or should you like to see first handedly our quality, you may buy 1 sample. And for sample we allow it only to be delivered by air. Therefore, you have to pay for the air transportation for the sample in order for it to be delivered quicker because if it sent by sea, it would take a month.
Delivery by air is far cheaper compared with the cost you have to spend by boarding the airplane and the accommodation if you come in person to our worksite to see our furniture.
Or if we may suggest that you should order 20ft container first to see the quality of furniture. We have supplied for many furniture stores in many countries. You can get so many benefits by purchasing furniture from us because the price of our furniture is far cheaper than the furniture at your place.
2. I have planned to visit your factory, how can I go to your factory?
From Jakarta you board the plane going to Semarang airport. From the airport, you may use taxi for around 2 hours going to our factory.
3. Is there any minimum order?
Yes that is one 20 ft container, and you can order 1 pcs for each item and also you may mix it with other furniture.
4. What is your production capacity?
Our production capacity is ten 40ft containers per month.
5. May I buy your products for my own house?
Yes, we also serve individual buyers.
6. What is the color of your antique reproduction furniture?
We have some finishing colors you can choose from. After you have bought our furniture and have transferred the down payment for your orders, the finishing samples we will send by DHL. So, you can see directly our finishing colors. For white finishing color and the finishing colors non-existent in our web, we will charge you with additional costs. You may choose maximum 2 colors for one container order. Our finishing process using Nitrocellulose Lacquer / NC Finished. Our woodstain color are pecan, walnut, red mahogany, salak brown and white.
7. Can I buy the bed along with its mattress?
Yes, you can. We will provide you with the mattress according to the size you want. That way, you no longer need going to the troubles of searching for the mattress matching with your bed size. The price of the bed is not including the mattress.
8. Can I change your furniture size to suit with what I want it to be?
Yes, you can. You are welcome to change the size of our furniture with what you want it to be and the furniture price shall be appropriated with the size you want it to be.
For example, you may change the bed size to match the mattress size available in your country.
9. Can you make the furniture based on the design from me because I have seen furniture in other place not available in your web? Can you make that furniture for me?
Yes, we can make the furniture based on the design of my customers. Just send the drawing along with its detailed size. The price of custom furniture we will calculate immediately and send it after we have received the detailed drawings and furniture size from you.
10. Is there any warranty for each of your product?
Yes, we guarantee all items free from any production defect because during the production, they have gone through tight quality control.
11. How do I claim the warranty?
Please send photo as proof therefore we know the detailed problem. Damaged furniture will be replaced in your next order.
12. Do you guarantee your product quality with competitive price?
Yes, please register in order to see our factory prices. That is the reason our price we put in the web. We are confident that we have the factory price for high quality furniture.
13. How do I maintain my furniture?
Wipe your furniture with soft cloth in order to wipe out the dust sticking on the furniture. And once a month you may polish them with furniture polish in order for the furniture to look more beautiful. For antique reproduction furniture, avoid the source of heat such as fire. Hot dishes or mugs should never be placed directly on wooden surfaces.
For garden furniture, they don’t need special care in the maintenance because garden furniture are made of teak wood. Teak wood has high strength and resistance against hot or cold weather. That’s why it can be placed outside such as in the garden or even swimming pool.
14. How do I find out about my order status?
After you have ordered our furniture, we will always keep you informed on your order process updated once a week.
15. Can I cancel my order?
You may not cancel your order after you have transferred the down payment or you have opened Irrevocable Letter of Credit ( L/C ) at sight for us because we immediately process your order.
16. Can I change my order?
After you have transferred your down payment or you have opened Irrevocable Letter of Credit ( L/C ) at sight for us, you are not allowed to change the order written in the invoice but you may add your order.
17. Your furniture is it solid wood or veneered?
Our furniture is made from solid wood. For antique reproduction furniture, they are made of solid mahogany wood. Mahogany is a very popular material because of its great integrity and capability to produce a warm tone compared with other more common wood.
And for garden furniture, it is made of solid teak wood. The superiority of teak wood is that it is stronger and resistant against all types of climates and very suitable to be placed outside. All are made of the choicest wood raw material with high quality and have been kiln dried therefore producing strong and lasting furniture.
18. Where is the wood you use coming from?
We use the choicest wood from the forestry that have obtained the permit from the Indonesian forestry department / Perum Perhutani and has been kiln dried before processed to become furniture.
19. How do you deliver your furniture?
Our furniture is delivered using container. Not to worry, we have our shipping company ready at your aid to deliver your furniture arrived to your place safe and sound with very competitive rate.
20. Has your furniture included delivery cost should I buy one container?
The price written in our web does not include the shipping cost The shipping cost you may pay directly to our shipping company and you may pay for it after the container has arrived at your place.
21. Where does your pricing come from?
Prices are based on free on board (FOB) - Semarang, Indonesia port. We review all our prices every 6 months when there is increase in raw material and labor prices. Any increases will be notified. It better for you to order now.
22. What does FOB price cover?
Our FOB price covers furniture price, local transportation / trucking from our factory to the port, fumigation, custom fee and export documents (Bill of Lading B/L, Certificate of Origin /COO, etc). You will pay the rest/ shipping cost.
23. Do you provide shipping insurance?
Shipping cost does not include insurance. We suggest you to insure your container. The insurance cost is only 0.5% or not even 1% of your invoice value. Please notify me should you want this shipping insurance.
24. What is the shipping cost to our country?
Please contact us now. Please inform where is your country of origin and the closest port from your place. We will immediately inform the shipping cost for 20 ft and 40 ft container.
25. Would you send me your catalog?
Our website is online catalog presenting all of our products. We don’t provide hardcopy catalog.
26. What about the term of payment? Do you accept credit card?
We use payment by Telegraphic Transfer with 50% Down Payment and the remaining payment must be made before putting the furniture into the container. We suggest that the remaining payment transferred one week before the container delivery schedule because money transfer from overseas takes about 3 to 5 days to arrive in our bank account in Indonesia.
We also accept payment by Irrevocable Letter of Credit ( L/C ) at sight.
We don't accept payment by credit card.
27. How long does it take you to process my furniture order?
The processing time for 20 ft container order is 6 weeks and 40 ft container is 8 weeks counted from the time we have received your down payment or we have received Irrevocable Letter of Credit ( L/C ) at sight. Should you buy several containers, then the first container shall be delivered in 8 weeks and then every 2 weeks.
28. How long does it take for the container shipping to reach our place?
The time of container shipping varies for each destination country. For European countries, USA and Canada, it takes about 4 weeks. For further information, please contact us now.
29. Who would help me in handling the container in my place?
Our shipping company will help you in handling the container reaching your place. They have shipping agents in every country, including your country. Their shipping agents in your country will also help the handling of your container.
30. How much furniture can fit in the container?
For 20 ft container is 30 Cubic Meter/ CBM, 40ft is 60 CBM and 40ft HC is 75 CBM. The total items that can fill into the container depend on the size of furniture you choose. Please register and login, our web system will help you count the volume of furniture you have chosen automatically. Therefore, you will know whether the furniture order you have chosen has met the 100% volume container or not. If it has not, then add your order until the container volume has reached 100% and check out your order.
31. How is your furniture packed?
Our price has included packing materials. We use a single corrugated carton. There will be additional cost should you want the packing to use box or foam. The additional packing cost depends on the furniture size.
Every packing is given label containing the country of origin of the furniture and product specification to make it easier for you to find out the type of furniture in the packing.
32. Do you use chemical substance in container to reduce air humidity and exterminate insects?
Yes, we always fumigate the container and put absorber bags in the container.
33. Have you got the best offer in buying your furniture?
In order to better serve your orders, it would be good for us to have 12 months purchasing program. It is to be revised in every 3 months. It would make it easier for us in scheduling your orders and resulting in better delivery time. Our production capacity presently is more than 100 containers per year therefore it is important for us to have the annual program.
